Fries looked like a 6 year old microwaved it. I’ve had road kill taste better than whatever this is. I ordered Uber eats and asked for sauce, got none. Their chicken nuggets are downgrading, it tasted like the chicken didn’t come from an egg.

Considering the trouble times and events that went on throughout my day leaving Cook county hospital to come outside to find out that my car was gone parked in the Chick-fil-A parking lot upon the stress I was assessed by three different employees the main one being Jane A she went above and beyond to aid and assist in the situation giving her spirit her love and finances to help in any way possible outside of the Chick-fil-A standard. Never in all my years as a service member have I have ever met someone with such a pure heart I would recommend anyone in everyone if you are at this Chick-fil-A you must meet this angel before you order your food.

New location, so everything was clean and modern. Employees were all very welcoming and friendly. Free parking lot directly adjacent, along with a bunch of other fast casual restaurants. Plenty of seating indoors and outside.

Definitely NOT the Chick-fil-A service that I am used to. There was 1 cashier and the line was long and barely moving and it’s 9am which is a peak time. No drive thru, so you would think things would move twice as fast. Need to step it up as I did not have a great experience and that’s never the case with Chick-fil-A

As many of you already know the food is pretty good I would say that I have ventured off to try more things here because of their cubs special which has allowed me to really get to know the menu a little bit better I'm looking forward to trying more things go Cubs Go

It would be good but ghetto unsupervised kids take over and it feels uncanny. Don't bring your kids as oversized baby Mamas have no shame in spilling their excess meat. Cops are prohibited to do anything as the mayor encourages cuddle the criminal strategy.

They told me I had to buy something in order to get a cup of ICE nothing else but just a CUP of ICE not any sauce or anything else which is inconvenient to me as a customer, had poor service to customers and asked the manager the same question I asked in Spanish like he tried to cover up the fact that other people come in day after day getting a cup of ice with no charge which was rude of the two especially if they both speak proper English

This location is very busy but they try to move the line as fast as possible. They need to better their service when calling out orders, every one is standing around the pick up area making it hard to get in there when your order is ready and it's sometimes hard to hear with all the noise in there. They have plenty of tables and chairs. Very kid friendly. I would recommend this location. And suggest the spicy deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese and a cookies and cream shake. Delicious!! And when it comes to parking I would say try to park behind the building instead of the side because it's so difficult to get in and out your car because some people just pull in any kind of way. And it's hard to reverse out because the side lot is so small.
