We have used Mrs. Kim for 3 years to groom our golden. Our dog absolutely loves her and is excited every time we pull up in front of the shop. We’ve always had an amazing experience with A+ and highly recommend them for your pets grooming needs!

Family member dropped their dog off here today, 10/3/23, for a normal grooming. They came to pick the dog up, and his eyes were bulging and blood red. Groomer says he was dropped off like that, which is far from the truth! They took the dog to the vet shortly after, and the vet says his kneck is bruised with 100% signs of strangulation and was appalled by what they seen! If you care for your pet, then stay far away from this place! This place needs to be shut down 100%!!! If I could rate this place in the negatives, it still wouldn't be enough for what was done to this dog

We Brought our Pomeranian Chloe in to get groomed. Not only was the drop off experience amazing. The owner took the time. Addressed me by my name. Asked about my family and my life took my dog and loved on her while I filled out paper work. But she also did a Wonderful Job with her cut. We asked for the Teddy bear cut and she did it perfect!! Chloe looks amazing and was super happy when we picked her up!!! We will be using only this groomer from now on!!!!!!

If we could give a negative star we would. After going there every other week for over a year, we are finally fed up. Their price started at 85 (once our poodle was full grown )for everything. Which was great and our dog loved it (AT FIRST) The more we started to come the more the owner kept making the price go up. Started at 85, then went to 90, 95, the last straw was today! When she told my husband she had told me it was 105.00. At no time was that communicated EVER and she knew it.

She also blamed us about missing an appointment that was supposed to be on a Tuesday. She called the day before on a Monday saying that we had missed it for that day. I told
her, it was on my calendar for Tuesday, and I specifically could not do Monday, but of course that was not their fault. We have never met anyone so unprofessional and unfriendly. On top of all of this, my dog is absolutely scared to go there. She starts shaking the minute we walk in.
Everything started great at the beginning but was slowly getting worse. The way they treated us and our dog was awful for no reason at all.

We should’ve stopped going months ago. Thank god we have found a new place that cares, works with us and gives us a discount because we come every other month. Not the other way around.

They made my fat cat clean and he smelled amazing when I picked him up. They were also able to notify me of a lump on his tail, so I was able to phone the vet for an appointment. They are absolutely amazing and worth every penny.

The did an ok job. You cold see the clipper marks on my dogs fur. Dont leave your leash with them, they put dog in crate with it and it gets chewed up. It took my dogs about 2 days to calm down after we picked them up. Not going back. If you want a rush job this is the place for you.

Absolutely horrible job cutting my dogs hair. They should close their doors and never touch another animal again. They were told to trim him and they shaved my dog. I would strongly recommend finding somewhere else to get your animal groomed.
