It took them three days to dry clean my suit for a very important occasion, and my suit jacket wasn't even completely clean. There were marks all over it that I had to wipe off last minute because I assumed it was clean. I will never use this service again and am extremely disappointed. I normally don't write reviews like this, but I want to save people from wasting their time. If you have somewhere important to go and a deadline, DO NOT go here.

It was also extremely expensive; I paid over $50 for just three pieces of clothing.

I took several items here to have sleeve’s shortened. When I picked them up, I was amazed how expensive it was, but then just decided if they did a good job I would blow it off. Well I get home and notice that the stitch used on all tops were not the same stitch they had before, all just a plain simple hem, not quality. One shirt sleeve had been totally sewn too close to edge and was not hemmed. I took it back. When I went back to pick up the shirt….still the same way! I had to go back a third time before it was done. I live 50 minutes away, so this wasn’t convenient at all. I expected to be refunded for at least that one top to make up for the repeated mistake. Did not happen. Beware!

Prices have gone up so much here! $19.44 to dry clean a simple, straight long dress, only one layer of material. I asked for a list of prices, because I wanted to compare to other places but they don’t have a list and prices are not posted inside the business. Last time I had alterations done the price was outrageous also! Try somewhere else for better prices, especially for alterations.

Been using them for years. Some may think they’re a bit pricey, but they do a great job. I get my things back in a reasonable length of time, versus some of the other cleaners alterations in this town. Sometimes it takes two weeks or more to get your stuff back from some of them.

Came here to have leather cleaned, woman tells me they don’t do leather anymore: I mentioned the fact that their storefront has leather listed as a service offered. And then when I requested to know of anyone else in town who did leather- she froze up and then told me, ‘No, No one does leather anymore because it’s special.’
What is special is that this business does not offer the services listed online or at their physical brick and mortar storefront; misleading/deceptive business practices. They may invest the money to re-list their actual services. See photo I took same day of their store front.

She quoted a price of $10 to $12 when I dropped them off. She couldn't even follow the previous line. Charged me $12, and I made the mistake of not checking them before I left. Go somewhere else, save yourself the time and trouble.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ALTERATIONS! Awful!!!!! I took in a dress to be hemmed and the sides taken in just a smidge. I came back 24 hrs later and the dress was about 5 inches too small. The zipper wasn’t even close to meeting in the middle. I came back in 3-4 times in the next 2.5 hours and each time it wasn’t fixed. She would have me try it on and insisted it fit and it wouldn’t even zip. Finally it at least fit well enough to leave. I go to leave and she charged me $186!!!!!! The dress itself cost $90… so I paid a for botched alterations job.

Worst experience ever and extremely terrible customer service. Owner misunderstood my alteration request. Continued with the alteration and charged me $110. And then wouldn’t refund me the $55 for the portion of the alteration that they misunderstood me on. Avoid this place at all cost.
