It took over 6 months and thousands of dollars andthey pulled out at the closing table after I pointed out their loan docs were incorrect relative to the corporate structure of the borrower. They then told me they would update the corporate doc info and we would close in a week. Three days later they sent me an email saying they were revoking their LOI.
