As a long time audio engineer and musician, I was looking for an architectural firm that understood the need for perfect acoustics and pleasing space design to attract discerning listeners, as well as efficient functional layout for the kitchen and serving staff. Joe Lombardi of Architetra immediately understood our requirements, and translated our ideas into a design that met all of the engineering and code requirements, and provided drawings that our contractor easily implemented for the renovation of our historic space. We are two years on now, and our guests simply rave that Jamey’s House of Music is the finest small music venue and restaurant they have ever experienced. I could not possibly recommend the consummate pros at Architetra any higher. They hit all the right notes for me!

Joe Lombardi, one of the co-owners at Architetra, really helped my wife and I with our design needs. We live down the street from Joe and needed some assistance with creating a third floor addition with a full sized rear dormer. On top of that we were looking for modifications throughout the house; we were rearranging doorways, kitchens, bathrooms and more. Joe came over one afternoon to talk us through the process and then took some measurements. A few days later he sent over a set of preliminary plans that we could review. After that we met with him again to make some changes and updates. He was very patient and helpful throughout this process.

After receiving the final plans at a very reasonable price, Joe went the extra mile and recommended a contractor who gave us truly top quality craftsmanship. On top of that he was willing to discuss with the contractor some specifics and even became involved at one point when the township was asking about a time frame for completing the living space for taxation reasons.

Joe really went above and beyond with his services with us. I regret that I had not thought to post a great review of him and his firm sooner. Architetra definitely gets the full five stars in my book. Stand-up guy, delivering first class service at a reasonable price. What more can you really ask for?
