4 Years later and it's still my favorite tattoo. It healed the best and I get the most complements on it.
I should really schedule another one since this was the last one I got.

I chose Awen for my first tattoo, and within a year I was back for a second! His art is fantastic, not to mention my tribal tattoos are almost as dark as the day I got them 4 years later. His art speaks for itself, especially if you need fine line work, he is your guy. He's very friendly and fun to talk to, and extremely welcoming to queer folk. I will definitely be going back, once I decide on a design!

I went to Art With A Point to have a memorial piece done after my husband passed away. Awen is a professional top-notch artist! I never thought I would get a tattoo, but because I know and trust him, I went for it. The studio and all equipment is superior in the clean department. Comfortable chair, your choice of music, and Awen made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else. My art turned out fantastic and never even had so much as an itch afterwards...same with my husband and his was a lot bigger and more complicated than mine. Awen is easy to work with (trust me, I changed my mind a few times before THE day.) And while you're there...buy one of his sweatshirts! They're very soft and comfortable.

AMAZING Cover-UP Work!!! After receiving an absolutely hideous tattoo at a different shop, I was ready to shave the inked skin right off my back. I did some research and after seeing his beautiful tribal cover-ups, Awen's Art With a Point seemed like the only solution. I have a limited schedule and he was flexible with appointment dates to work around my schedule. I was so embarrassed by my original tattoo that I didn't take my shirt off in front of anyone for nearly a year and needed help.

Awen and Matt were absolutely great--they took AWESOME care of me during the appointment and designed a tattoo that I love. It turned out way better than I could have expected and I absolutely 100% recommend them to anyone looking for coverup art. Been whipping my shirt off left and right to show off the new ink. I was able to wear a bikini to the beach for the first time in a year without being embarrassed by the original tattoo. Awen is a genius and his tribal work is excellent. 10/10 recommend.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Awen. He and I corresponded for a while over email, sharing ideas, sketches, and images, and I really felt like we were partners in the process of designing my tattoo.

I got a particularly emotionally significant tattoo as it was a memorial tattoo, and he handled it with such respect and understanding. Treated it as sacred, really. It was really wonderful.
