Professional, thorough, great customer service. Funny little joke behind the counter. The employees seem happy and like their work and each other. They even do a walk around with you, giving you the size of any body damage they would charge for. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company. We still have the rental. But, so far, fantastic experience. Thank you, gentlemen!

This place gets no stars! They put me in a car that had the bumper already hanging. So when I returned it they felt it was hanging to much! And did a claim out on my insurance knowing there was already previous damage. I never drove, hit or bumped anything. Had I been in a car w no previous damage there would not be a claim. The bumper of that rental is hanging because of the previous damage not due to me driving it reckless or anything. No weapon formed against me shall prosper!

Place is a joke. Rented a luxury sedan, of course it wasn’t available despite the reservation. They “upgraded” me to a Cadillac SUV. It had not be been washed previously, the assistant manager bold faced lied to me and said it was. The interior had a tear in the seat along with crumbs in the center console. The key fob is damaged and doesn’t even have buttons. Every complaint I made was met with zero solutions. Just a really unprofessional and unpleasant visit and I’m stuck with a car that I never wanted but was told “that’s all they had.” I’ve rented from enterprise multiple times, but never again this location.

This has been the worst experience for enterprise, I rented a car a few weeks ago. The car was very dirty and ran like crap. Now, I have another car rental for insurance reasons. The woman (Yvette) that was helping me was rude and not helpful. The manager was also not helpful. They also just charged me without notice 3 different times. I won’t be going back to this specific location. Also the rental I currently have, runs like crap also and was dirty and the gas was empty. So this location needs to take better care of the cars on the lot. The car also needed an oil change the moment I drove it off the lot and needed air in the tire. Bad experience.

My service agent was so helpful and I was given a car within 10 minutes of arrival. I was even offered an upgrade at no additional charge due the cracked windshield that was just noticed by my agent. It was wonderful and I enjoyed my trip even more! I always rent from the Avondale location and have never had a bad experience to date! Service is amazing and easy pick and returns. No delay or hassles

I had a great experience with Enterprise in Sun City AZ. The woman at the counter- Lash was very kind, conversational and cares about her customers experience.The vehicle was nice and clean. I walked in stressed out about car repairs and it made me feel more hopeful that someone took time to conversate with me.
