Absolutely horrible owner. She quoted 90 dollars over the phone and when she came over for the 1st time to meet our two dogs, I invited her and her associate it to meet our dogs. She has no love for dogs, she just wanted the dogs passed over to her at the door. She had our two dogs for 35 minutes and charged $290. When I asked about the 90 dollar quote she said there's a $40 trip Charge for each dog!!! So I paid her 80 dollars to come to an area that she was routinely doing dogs in all day, plus it was one trip charge to our home but she charged per dog. She said the additional 30 was because our dogs were difficult. Give e a break. . . they were 10 and 11 years old weighing about 12 pounds each and had a regular mobile groomer for 10 years before we had to move to Goodyear. Never heard this before. Also she shaved both our two dogs down same length all over. The grooming style looked nothing like her photos. It's absolutely insane that she thinks she's worth 290 for 35 minutes of work. She has no love for animals and is gouging everyone for this trip charge. BEWARE! Get the amount firm via text or in writing. This owner is one to stay away from.

My girls went here for the first time today and I cannot be happier, they both came out absolutely beautiful!! Based on the way my dogs came out, and the quick time it took to finish the services, you can tell these are professionals! They were very nice and were able to squeeze us in on very short notice! I will definitely be using them again!☺️

I reached out because I saw an ad, and even though this groomer doesn’t operate in my area, she went out of her way to help me find someone trustworthy to take care of me and my dog. A wonderful person who truly cares about the people who reach out- I am especially impressed because she did not make any money from me. She just took her time for free to help me out. 100% amazing person, please give her your business!!!

Kendra is the BEST! Very professional and knowledgeable. She will treat your furbaby like one of Her own! And very easy to work with scheduling, I had to reschedule a few times and she will find ways/available dates for you. She is very compassionate as well, we lost our other fur baby and she asked about Him and was sorry to what happened. I definitely recommend Her!
