I have had an awful experience setting up two round trip rides for my clients! I was on hold for 45 minutes when trying to give my card number to hold the reservation, because I didn't not feel Comfortable putting it on a form and emailing it. The person I was working with would not give me a direct extension or offer to call me to get the number. It got to the point that I had no other choice, so I emailed my card number. I was told I would be BILLED after the rides were complete. When you hear bill that sound like the founds will come out or be invoiced after. Well the week leading up to the two round trip rides, I had close to $1000 on hold in my account. NONE of this was shared with me when booking. And when I asked for a receipt or a statement for me to share with work about these charges, I was told to call customer service. When I asked For a receipt when actual charges were going through, they repeated that the BILL will be sent in 5-7 days. So I emailed back asking if when they say bill do they mean receipt to which I got back, "talk to customer service " This was ridiculous.

We used Metropolitan Limo for transport from MDW airport Chicago to our hotel . I knew they were overpriced compared to other car services but the hotel recommended them so I used them . I would never use this company again . The driver did not have m identification in the window as stated . He was not wearing a mask while the three of us were riding in the back seats with masks on . He did put a mask in after I asked . The company sent a sedan when they knew they were picking up 3 people . The driver stood there complaining he didn’t think the bags would fit but after he put the bags in and one in the front seat everything fit . For this terrible service I paid 160 dollars . I took a SUV Uber back for 60.00 with a professional driver . Stay away from this service

Since the new owners took over the company, I would rather walk then use this company. After a long time employee of theirs became sick they fired him thus he lost his insurance. They did this to two different employees. My personal opinion, is that is what killed him. If you are thinking about working there starting pay, $6.00 per hour. They no longer dispatch the cars out of Chicago, instead Boston.

I called to book service for my daughter’s prom and the woman who answered the phone basically laughed at me and told me “We don’t service prom.” Then put that on your website and definitely hire more professional intake callers!

Not as good as it used to be, dispatchers aren't as accommodating, no more stretch limos for larger parties, the high level of service appears to be diminishing.
