It's absolutely delicious. It's 2nd time here. Both times have been excellent. All veggies nice and fresh, all food nice and hot. Great service. This place is great. 15-mile drive for breakfast, and it is 100% worth it.

Oasis what happened? You were a staple "Up The Hill"...I live in Phoenix & this past visit 10-18-2024 was not the same experience I used to receive. I like my bagel ? cut in quarters & my husband had to explain what that was to the employee?‍♀️. Residents living Up The Hill expect the utmost experience (and other nearby residents). The level of service I used to receive is what kept me coming back plus my family likes to support small businesses. I hope you don't take this as criticism but a learning lesson. It's not easy to keep up a good reputation as others left behind?.

Good bagel. But prices are not good. $8.50 for a bacon egg and cheese with just one egg.

REVISED: Owner took the time to reply to my review and said they are now adding a second egg to the sandwiches. Thanks for listening to customer feedback.

I will return soon to check on the update.

Sadly they have gone down hill. All we ordered was a bagel sandwich and a bagel toasted with cream cheese, and two drinks. It took about 30 minutes to receive our order. The bagel sandwich was on the wrong bagel. Both were cut with a knife with strawberry cream cheese on it. Which didn't go with what we ordered. Don't think we will be coming back.

Always delicious, I've tried many different things on the menu and it never disappoints! The crumb cake is always a favorite of mine. I would recommend Oasis Bagels to everyone.

if you don't have food available, it should not be offered online. Doesn't take much to have biscuits and gravy in-house, especially when you are next to a grocery store. But it's a huge inconvenience to order and drive all the way up on Sunday (late morning) when you aren't feeling great to be told you don't have it. Was told I was called... but definitely didn't have a message. Such a bummer... I love supporting local, but will not come again. There are other restaurants nearby who go out of their way to provide incredible service and want customers to come back. This community needs more great businesses like Cafe Bebida and Sip. As someone who was in the restaurant industry and hospitality for years... this is definitely not how you do business if you want your business to succeed. I had to call back when I saw they only refunded me the cost of the food and not the tip... the guy told me that's all they are able to do on their end. (Guess I will have to call my credit card company instead). His excuse for not leaving a message earlier was they were "too busy" to leave a message. There were 3 people in the whole place when I arrived - and you are in hospitality. Are you serious?! I asked to have the owner call me... when she called back I was told she already heard the story from her workers, but wanted to hear what I had to say. Her excuse was she only has 5-6 biscuits available on a Sunday, has high schoolers working for her - and that if I'm upset for this one instance, that she doesn't want me in her restaurant anyway. (When you're not feeling well and drive all the way up... would you not be upset? And then to be told that someone is too busy to leave a vm? Or, not getting all your money back?). That is not how you treat customers or do business! And don't worry - I won't be back! I'll make sure others are aware of how Oasis runs their business and I'll continue to support the other incredible restaurants in the area that care about their customers. Food gets someone in the door, but it's about the full experience that continues bringing them back. The cost of going out is expensive, and I don't need to be treated that way... I'll support businesses that care about how they do business. You will single-handedly ruin your own business running things like this anyway. There's a reason why certain restaurants do not last long... Good luck!
