very pleasant experience. the Store Manager Karen was very helpful as soon we walked through the door she said how can i help you and got right on it. my wife and I were very grateful for her assistance and help. the sales representative Misty was ON IT and gave us a good deal on a 70 inch brand new out there box. it was a very pleasant experience and i look forward to my bed being delivered tomorrow lol!! thanks again Ladies!!

I just want to give Kayla the most highly rated review. She absolutely has the best customer service possible. I purchased my couches plus coffee table, side tables and came back today to buy my dining table. I came back to this store in litchfield because of Kayla’s customer service. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure I walked out her store fully satisfied. Thank you Kayla you deserve a pay raise. You are a great asset to this company. Keep up the good work.

Went into this place on a weekend to get a Washer and Dryer. They took my money before they did the calls for the "references" and only 1 of the 4 answered. I felt i could get a better deal elsewhere, which i can, so i asked for a refund. This was on the 4th. they said i would take 5-7 days. i call my credit card company, and it wasn't refunded until the 9th, which i now have to wait even longer to post on the account.

Rent-A-Center is awesome and great place!!! I do not know where to even start. Rent-A-Center has great awesome customer Service. I will always shop here and get everything I need and will always come back here. We had a little issue with my purchase and right from the back I was able to talk the awesome manger Karen, as soon as I called, I was able to speak to the wonderful manger. She was amazing listened and helped out right away. Karen was very caring and wanted to help us and she did! She's a true meaning of a great MANGER. I wish there were more mangers like her. I highly recommend coming here. Karen will take the time to listen and take good care of you! Thank you so much Karen for all your help and so much more.

Misty, Christina, Tyrel and Ceaser are Absolutely Amazing!!! They were so very personable, professional and made my day. They were attentive to assisting us in knowing our options. They made us feel comfortable and didn't pressure us at all. They actually went above and beyond in their customer service towards us. If you're looking for furniture or anything they offer at Rent A Center, Check them out. You won't be disappointed!

I had got into a hard Financial situation but after doing business with them for over a year I believe they took that into consideration and were willing to help me honestly I was really embarrassed … but I was as polite as the women was to me and we were able to work something out . I will forever be grateful to this rent a center location. I don’t remember who I talked to because I was really nervous . But the lady was very nice kind of stern but had every reason to be . Thank you for understanding.

Can't speak to a manager when necessary. Was charged a convenience fee, when I have automatic withdrawal and said that someone spoke to me when I never even received a call. Have been with them on and off for at least 20 yrs. Not impressed with the new management. Miss Heather and Jeremiah, they were so helpful and friendly.

I would give them zero stars if that was possible I Rented a chair from here and when I went to go pick it up, and the remote was missing so I couldn’t take the chair. They told me that they would pick up a different chair from another location and deliver it the next day. The next day came and went. They have not refunded me my deposit, nor have they delivered a chair.
