I wanted a full size sedan, when I get there they only had two choices. A full electric vehicle or a12 dollar a day upgrade to a mini Cooper countryman. Which it wasn't a bad car but the upgrade option made it obsolete.

Rented a nice BMW 3. Fast, courteous service. You could tell that the staff really enjoys their job. Everyone was kind and cheerful, even though we heard it was one of their busiest days ever. Car was clean and well equipped. Return was quick and simple like it should be. Great value!

Shelette was absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond to accommodate my son and I. The car I reserved online wasn’t available so she upgraded us for free, AND found a car seat for my son. Not to mention she was so easy going and so friendly. Thank you Shelette!

Enterprise cancelled on me at 7:23 am for a 7:30 pickup. Shellete went out of her way at 8 am sharp to help rent me a car for the day. She was fantastic - helpful, communicative and service oriented. She is awesome and I hope your team knows this! None of the technology to sign things were operating, so IT should help this branch out, but the people and service when getting and returning the car by all employees was flawless. Would recommend to a friend.

We had a great experience with Sixt. My husband prepaid for the reservation online, and when we arrived, it was a seamless experience. Chanita was the young woman that helped us out and she was fantastic. She was kind and a pleasure to work with. We did have to pay a deposit for incidentals, but that was released as soon as we turned in the rental. We didn't have any unexpected fees, or issues. We will definitely rent from here again.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. HORRIBLE customer service doesn’t scratch the surface. My dad booked a rental car for my bachelorette trip. When my sister and I got to the rental place, they wouldn’t accept the credit card because her drivers license and credit card didn’t match (the credit card was in her husband’s name). When I tried to put down my credit card, he said it would cost an additional $15 a day to add me as an additional driver. He also said since my dad booked it online with his card, but the car was in my sister’s name, he would have to be present. I told him we wanted to cancel and get something to show that we cancelled and he said he couldn’t give me anything. Thanks, SIXT for a great start to my bachelorette weekend. I will be telling everyone to not use your service. UPDATE: They credited my dad's card back for the amount we paid for online. Now they've sent a bill to my sister's house for the same price they credited my dad back. Please save yourself the headache and simply use a more well know rental company.

The worst car rental company. The customer service is terrible. They have no desire to help the customer with their problem. I do not recommend this location at all. They are also training another person and wasting my time. They quote you the rental car without insurance.

BEWARE! if I could rate zero stars I would these people are thieves and customer service is next to nothing. It has been a month since I returned my vehicle and they haven’t given me back my $200 security deposit and Me and my bank are currently in a dispute with them because they stole my money. Dont believe them when they say its just a temporary hold I am out $397 to be exact would not recommend to anybody
