I've been seeing Steffan for a few years now ever since I tweaked my back for the first time in my life (yay 40s!). I've been to countless acupuncturists over the years and none hold a candle to Steffan.

You can actually feel the energy being tapped when he inserts a needle which I had never felt with a single other acupuncturist ever and in the days following treatment I feel increasingly better until the pain is resolved. Obviously, one visit is not going to resolve a major issue, but every time I leave his table I feel mentally relaxed and physically relieved.

So happy my friend referred me to him, he's been a real godsend.

Steffan is hands down the best acupuncturist I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried acu at various clinics and private practices over the years in multiple states across the US and it’s never really done much for me. When I first went to Steffan I was blown away to find a totally different experience. His bedside manner is excellent. He took the time to really listen to all my concerns and issues and my long history of injuries and chronic pain. He validated everything I was experiencing and made me feel so safe and comfortable. His needling technique is so gentle yet precise - I realized how poorly other practitioners needle after feeling how Steffan does. It never hurt, it only felt like energy and tingliness where I could for the first time understand what Qi meant and felt like. He was attentive and didn’t just leave me for 45 min. He checked in on how I felt and how the needles felt and would adjust them to ensure they were still giving the intended effect. I feel so spoiled now and cannot see anyone else. He’s truly a master and has been doing this for 30 years yet he’s not burnt out bc he is so inspired by Chinese medicine (and always geeks out to it still) and is clearly a lifelong learner, never hesitating to look up new things he’s not familiar with or to double check himself (I appreciate how humble he is!). So much in my body has shifted from his help, both from the needles and from his caring energy that has really helped me get to a healthy and happy place in my body. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is the real deal.
