Lansbury Heritage Hotel powstał w mieszkaniowej dzielnicy Londynu. Od Stacja metra Canary Wharf dzieli go krótki 14 minutowy spacer. Położony kilka minut jadąc samochodem od Park Victoria, hotel oferuje 35 pokoi z widokiem na miasto. Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta. Nieopodal trzech linii metra: Elizabeth line, Jubile line oraz DLR. Bardzo wysoki standard pokoi oraz obsługi. Pyszne urozmaicone śniadania.

The room was spacious and very unique in design. I absolutely loved the closable sunroof in the room.
The service was excellent and all the front desk personnel and spa/gym equipment worked and was clean.
Anna in the kitchen was very friendly and courteous. The food quality was great.
This was our first trip to England . The location was ideal The hotel was .2 mile from one train station and .5 mile from another train station which also has an underground mall.
I highly recommend this hotel and if I ever back to London I know I will stay there again

It was a lovely hotel, built from what used to be a town hall. We booked a club room, which was basically a loft, with heavenly beddings, a fabulous chandelier, and very fragrant toiletries. ||The front desk staff and Anna from the restaurant below were attentive and excellent, ||The location is convenient, just a short walk from the DLR, the Elizabeth Line and the London Underground.||We would definitely stay here again.

just got back from 2 day trip to London. this hotel is top notch, the rooms we stayed in were modern, absolutely spotless check in was very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was well cooked and plentiful. very easy to get into city of London as DLR /Underground just 2 minutes walk.|highly recommended.

Above all, I had the worst hotel experience ever. Here are the two main reasons:
1. On the second night I stayed at this hotel, the AC in my room suddenly started making noise at 3:09 a.m., which woke me up. I went to the reception, and the staff said he would contact the maintenance team. I then went back to the room and waited. When it was 3:39 a.m., as no one had come to solve the problem, I returned to the reception and asked for a new room. Only then did your colleague arrange another, smaller room for me to sleep in. Unfortunately, the review does not support uploading videos. Otherwise, I would share them with those looking for a hotel in London to help you avoid this one.
2. When the manager of this hotel contacted me, he pretended to apologize but actually passed the responsibility to me. First, the manager said that I should have reported the issue earlier, which is nonsense. The AC started to be quite noisy suddenly at 3:09 a.m. If this noise had existed earlier, how could I have endured it? How could I have fallen asleep? Second, he said the staff arranged a new room for me, which supposedly proved that they solved the problem swiftly. In fact, the staff just said he would contact the maintenance team when I came to the reception. After waiting for approximately half an hour without the problem being solved, I came to the reception again and asked for a new room to sleep in. The communication from the manager did not comfort me or provide a sincere apology; instead, it passed the responsibility to me and further wasted my time.
As consumers, we should not waste our money, time, and mood staying at a hotel run by such an irresponsible team.

We stayed at this hotel for our wedding anniversary, the room was pretty and first glance seems like the perfect room for a night away. Sadly the air con wasn't working well and the windows do not open - causing the room to be obscenely hot.|We asked for someone to look at the air con for us as it was impossible to rest. The receptionist told us it would be 10.45pm before anyone could look as he didn't know how to work it. No one came, we had to chase reception again as by 1am we had to have towels in water draped over our heads (not ideal at all)||They couldn't fix it & there was no offer of changing rooms or apologising. He did say he would bring a fan, this never happened!|After speaking to another receptionist in the morning, they apologised and told me to email the manager.|I did this, only to be offered a 10% refund only if I applied via Booking.com to ask them to contact the hotel! |I explained that this was unacceptable and have since no reply to my email so I had to chase it a week later.| |Their reply - 'I understand how frustrating this must have been, especially given the special occasion of your anniversary.| |After careful consideration, we believe that the 10% refund or the 10% discount with a complimentary upgrade on your next stay is a fair resolution to the situation'.||I strongly disagree with this sentiment and would advise anyone to stay well clear of this hotel.
